Children's Ministries
On Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM FBC offers Sunday School classes for everyone age 4 and older. These classes are comprehensively designed so that a child who attends faithfully throughout their school years will be taught through the entire Bible. The nursery for infants - age 3 is also open during this time.
Sundays at 11 AM, FBC worships together in song at a combined opening to our morning service. After the singing, children age 4 - grade 5 are dismissed with their teachers to "Children's Church" where they enjoy a few children's songs and a visualized Bible story. After the main worship service, the children are dismissed to their parents.
On Monday evenings (6:30-8:00 PM) during the school year, FBC offers an AWANA program for K5 - grade 6 at the church. Kids, please make your plans to join us, and parents please feel free to let us know if you any have questions! The AWANA group has outings through the year which include ice skating, swimming and a snow day at Mt. Baker.
Each year FBC takes a group of our children to Junior Camp (grades 3 - 7) at Camp Northwest for a week in July. Vacation Bible School is a large part of our Children's Outreach in the month of July.
Teen Ministry
FBC youth group activities are fun, crazy and at the same time spiritually focused! Every Sunday morning, the youth group (grades 7-12) meets for Sunday School at 9:45 AM and then joins the main worship service at 11 AM.
On Wednesdays at 7 PM, the youth group (grade 7-College) meets for a Bible Study program designed especially for them. Big group games and fun competitions also happen on Wednesday nights during youth group. It's not a night to miss! On Tuesday evenings they meet to play basketball in the church gym at 7pm yr round! Occasionally the youth meet for special planned outings as they did this summer, in parks, bowling, and other fun stuff!
Teens (grades 7-12) also have the opportunity to go Teen Camp at Camp Northwest for one week in August.
Ladies' Ministries
The Women for Missions meet regularly the 2nd Thursday of each month to coordinate practical projects to help our missionary family and to enjoy fellowship and lunch together.
The ladies also meet during the school year on Thursday at 10:00 AM for a group Bible Study.
The FBC ladies enjoy several outings and activities through the year for fellowship, encouragement and outreach, like Ladies Tea, Retreat, and other meetings.
Men's Ministry
The third Saturday of each month at 8:00am the men of FBC gather for prayer and (delicious!) breakfast. Usually in the fall they enjoy a spiritual retreat.
SERVICES & FAMILY MINISTRY
For Sunday School (Sundays, 9:45 AM), the adults are divided into 2 small group studies. We'd love to have you join us for Sunday School and Morning Worship Service! Just call the church if you need more information.
FAMILY CAMP is another part of our ministry to our church families for fun, food, and fellowship, held the 3rd week of June.
