Brent Snow
Senior Pastor
Pastor Brent Snow serves as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Sedro‑Woolley, where he has faithfully ministered since 2023. He is known for clear, exegetical preaching and loving shepherding that honors every generation. Brent and his wife, Janice, have been married since 1991 and are blessed with four adult children.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and a Master of Ministry, grounding his ministry in strong theological training and a deep commitment to multi‑generational discipleship. His work blends scholarship, creativity, and Gospel outreach throughout the Skagit Valley.
Outside of ministry, Brent enjoys hiking, gardening, and model trains, hobbies that reflect his love for creation, craftsmanship, and quiet moments of restoration.
Andrew Montoya
Youth Leader
Andrew Montoya was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. His family began attending Freeway Baptist Church after the passing of his brother, and it was there that Andrew and his family came to know Christ as their Savior.
Andrew sensed God’s call to ministry during a youth conference at West Coast Baptist College. After graduating high school in 2020, he enrolled at West Coast Baptist College and earned his degree in Religious Education with a focus on Church Ministries.
During his time in college, Andrew met his wife, Becky, in 2021, and the two were married in 2024. God has since blessed their home with a baby boy, Lucas, now three months old.
Andrew is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord and the families of First Baptist Church, and he looks forward to helping others grow in their walk with Christ.

Luke Lepage
Deacon/Music Leader
Luke Lepage grew up at First Baptist Church, where his faith was shaped from childhood through the steady influence of family, church mentors, and a loving congregation. Today, Luke serves as one of the key leaders in our worship ministry, faithfully guiding our music each Sunday with humility, skill, and a heart that desires to point people to Christ.
Luke works full‑time in construction, bringing the same dedication and craftsmanship to his trade that he brings to leading God’s people in worship. He and his wife, Rachel, have built a joyful, Christ‑centered home together. They are blessed with four children, who keep their days full and their hearts grateful.
Whether he’s on the job site or on the platform, Luke’s life reflects steady faithfulness, servant leadership, and a deep love for the church family he grew up in.
Mike Sarchet
Deacon & Children’s Ministry Leader
Mike Sarchet is a faithful, long‑time servant at First Baptist Church. As a deacon, he provides steady support to our church family and serves with a quiet, dependable spirit.
Mike leads our AWANA Sparkies club and teaches in Children’s Church, helping young kids learn God’s Word with clarity and joy. He also serves each summer in Vacation Bible School.
Outside of ministry, Mike repairs grandfather clocks—a craft that reflects his patience and care. He and his wife, Bev, have four grown children. Bev serves as the church treasurer, and together they continue to be a blessing to FBC.
Mike’s life reflects humble service, consistent faithfulness, and a genuine love for our church families.
Trustees
The Trustees of First Baptist Church exist to free the Pastor and Deacons to focus on spiritual leadership, discipleship, and shepherding by faithfully overseeing the practical, physical, and financial stewardship of the church. Their ministry ensures that the facilities, resources, and legal responsibilities of the church are cared for with excellence, integrity, and foresight.
Office Staff
Bev Sarchet oversees financial stewardship at First Baptist Church as our treasurer. Her faithfulness, attention to detail, and love for people strengthen the ministry of FBC in countless ways.
